Blueberry 'Duke'

Our Vaccinium corymbosum Duke is a deciduous shrub. This variety bears small, white flowers in Spring and its green leaves will eventually turn orange-red as Autumn approaches. The tasty, edible Blueberries that the plant is known for will be ready to harvest in early Summer. Although, the higher yields of fruit will be produced if planted alongside a pollination partner. The fruit can then be used and enjoyed within meals or on their own.

They will grow to an ultimate height of 1.5m and ultimate spread of 1m. In terms of plant care, it should be placed in bright, indirect sunlight and planted in moist, well-drained, acidic soil. Watering becomes essential when the soil is dry to touch.
